Hot Soak with Helena
18 March, 2005 7pm - 10pm

Helena Goldwater has been in home's bath before in Not Tonight Darling, I'm Washing My Hair.
This time you could book an intimate one-to-one opportunity to share that bath with her. Was the soap be slippery? Who got the taps end? And was the towel big enough to cover one's modesty?

But don't forget Helena was bound to have a surprise under the suds. So don't be scared to take a dip...The offer was not all it seems.

Biog; Helena Goldwater has spent over ten years making performance for a diversity of venues, nationally and
internationally, including clubs, galleries, site-specific spaces and theatres, as well as writing texts for other
people's projects. After receiving a One-To-One Bursary from the Live Art Development Agency and London Arts, in 2001, she has concentrated on painting

Her work will be at the Newlyn Art Gallery in 2005 and was exhibited in 2004 in Hortus for Spacex Gallery - a double-site show in Exeter and the Liverpool Biennial. In 2003, her performance images, made with Manuel Vason, were part of Art, Lies and Videotape: Exposing Performance at Tate Liverpool, and she exhibited a sound piece in the group exhibition, Le Cheveu, in Montréal, Canada.
